For customers
- Post your job free. Tell us what you need cleaned, your suburb and when.
- Local cleaners contact you. We send your job to up to 5 cleaners who cover your suburb and offer that service. You can also pick a specific cleaner from their profile.
- Compare and choose. Agree the price and time directly with the cleaner you like.
- Pay the cleaner directly. Cleaners in Sydney never takes payment and never charges customers.

For cleaners
- Create a free profile with your services, the suburbs you cover and your ABN.
- Confirm your email. As soon as your ABN checks out and your profile is complete, you go live — no waiting.
- Get job leads by email when customers in your suburbs post jobs. Leads rotate fairly between local cleaners.
- Publish fixed-price offers so customers can find you by price.
Joining is free during our launch, with no commission. Join as a cleaner.
What the badges mean
- ABN checked — we checked the cleaner’s ABN is active on the Australian Business Register.
- Verified insurance — our team has seen a current public liability insurance certificate and recorded its expiry date. The badge disappears automatically when it expires.
- Police check / WWCC — our team has sighted the cleaner’s own National Police Check or verified their Working With Children Check. Both expire.
- Group member — a confirmed member of the Cleaners in Sydney Facebook group.

Cleaners on this site are independent businesses, not our employees. Always confirm the price and what’s included before the job.
Questions from cleaners
Why is it free?
We are building the biggest network of local cleaners in Sydney first. Cleaners who join during launch pay nothing to join, nothing per lead and no commission.
Will you charge later?
We may add optional paid extras later, such as featured listings or paid hiring ads. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before anything changes, and you will never be charged unless you choose a paid option.
Do you take a cut of my jobs?
No. Customers pay you directly and you keep 100% of what you charge.
Do you sell my details?
No. Your email and ABN are never shown publicly. Your phone number is only shown to customers whose job was sent to you or who got a quote from you. See our privacy policy.
Who runs this?
The admins of the Cleaners in Sydney Facebook group. The site is the group’s job board, built so customers can find local cleaners more easily.
