Is posting a job really free?
Yes, 100%. No booking fees, no platform fees, no credit card required to post. You only pay your cleaner's quote if you decide to book them.
Are the cleaners actually verified?
Yes — every single one. We verify ABN, police checks, and $20M public liability personally before a cleaner can accept a first job. The verified ✓ on a profile means we've seen the paperwork.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 24 hours. We send someone back to fix it free. If that still doesn't get you to happy, full refund — your money sits in escrow until you're satisfied.
Can I book the same cleaner every week?
Absolutely — that's how most of our customers use the platform. Once you've found someone you like, set up a recurring booking (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) from their profile. Same person, same time, every visit.
How fast can I get a cleaner?
Most customers get their first quote within 18 minutes of posting. Average response across the platform is under 2 hours. Same-day bookings are common, especially in central suburbs.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — up to 24 hours before the booking with zero penalty. Within 24 hours, the cleaner may keep a small percentage for their time, but you won't be charged the full amount.

How much does it cost to join?
Always free. No monthly subscription, no listing fees, no "Pro" plan. We take a flat 12% commission only when a job completes. You keep 88% of every job.
How quickly can I start getting jobs?
Once your ABN, police check, and insurance are verified (usually 48 hours), you appear in customer searches immediately. Most new cleaners get their first booking within a week — fastest was same-day after verification.
When and how do I get paid?
Every Friday, direct to your bank. Customer payments sit in escrow for 24 hours after job completion to allow for any issues, then release automatically. We've paid $18M+ to Sydney cleaners and never missed a Friday.
Do I have to be exclusive to your platform?
No. Keep your existing clients, work on other platforms, run your own marketing — do whatever you want. We're not here to lock you in.
What happens in a dispute?
Our Sydney-based support team mediates. We review photos, communications, and the job description. Most disputes resolve within 24 hours. In 87% of cases, the cleaner is paid in full.

How are cleaners verified?
Every cleaner submits: Australian ABN (verified with ATO), current NSW police check, and public liability insurance ($20M minimum). A Sydney-based team member reviews the paperwork personally before approval.
What if something's damaged during a clean?
Every job is covered by the cleaner's $20M public liability insurance. Report damage within 24 hours — we help facilitate a claim directly with the cleaner's insurer.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We use Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified) to process all payments. Your card details never touch our servers. All payments sit in escrow until a job completes.
What do you do with my personal data?
